Privacy Policy of the Budatétény Animal Hospital

The following information is provided pursuant to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation (EC) No 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

This privacy notice is the DIAMOND-VET Trade and Service Company Limited Liability Company (hereinafter: Service Provider, Company, Data Controller, Data Processor) and its affiliated website regulates the processing of:

DIAMOND-VET Kft. (hereinafter referred to as: Data Controller), as the website available under the domain name budatetenyiallatkorhaz.hu (hereinafter: Website) hereby discloses the rules, privacy policy, data protection, data management principles and information on data management in personal meetings and on websites and e-mails.

During data recording/contact recording we record the name, address, telephone number, e-mail address of the owner and we record the data of the animal he/she imported, which is entered into our company records.

If the imported animal comes from a sending veterinarian, we will record the name, phone number and e-mail address of the sending veterinarian.

To provide data in the Consent form only persons over 18 years of age are entitled to.

The Data Controller uses the data for the purpose of fulfilling its administrative obligations in the course of providing the Animal(s) with services, as well as for the performance of the contract (oral contract is also a contract!) and legal obligations (pursuant to Section 43 of Act CXXVII of 2012 on the keeping of a work diary, or, in the case of issuing a VAT invoice, in accordance with the accounting and tax legislation).

The Data Controller shall process personal data for the duration of the purpose of the processing, in particular for the duration of the consent-based processing with the Registrant, i.e. until the Registrant requests the deletion of his/her data or withdraws his/her consent. Personal data shall be deleted at the same time as the purpose of the processing ceases to exist or immediately upon the Registrant's request, except for the data that the Data Controller is obliged to retain for the period specified in the legislation imposing mandatory data processing.

The duration of data processing is governed by the requirements of the legal provisions on the working diary and the 8 years provided for in the tax legislation.

By recording data, Registrants consent to the Controller processing their personal data. The processing of personal data is based on the specific, unambiguous and voluntary consent of the Registrant (based on the information provided) given in the context of this Notice.

Legal basis for processing:
● The User's consent, Article 6 (1) (a) of the Infotv. § 5 (1).
● Paragraph (3) of Article 13/A of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and information society services (hereinafter: Elker Act):
The service provider may process personal data that are technically necessary for the provision of the service. The provider must, other conditions being equal, choose and in any case operate the means used in the provision of the information society service in such a way that personal data are processed only to the extent strictly necessary for the provision of the service and for the fulfilment of the other purposes laid down in this Act, but only to the extent and for the duration necessary.

Registrants may only provide their own personal data when completing the consent form.

If they do not provide their own personal data, it is the responsibility of the data provider to obtain the consent of the data subject.

In some cases, the provision of personal data may be based on a legal or contractual obligation and may be a precondition for the conclusion of a contract.

Failure to provide your data may in certain cases prevent or frustrate the conclusion or performance of the contract.
The Data Controller shall not process the Registrant's personal data for any purpose other than that set out in this Notice.

Access to personal data may be obtained by Data Controller, and its financial and accounting staff, the veterinary surgeons providing patient care and the Data processors and the Data Controller's business partners (hereinafter referred to as Data Controllers) under the legislation in force.

The Data Controllers will not disclose the recorded data about the Owners and their animals to any other person.

In the event of extermination or death, the animal's details will be kept for one year in case of legal or insurance requests - and then permanently deleted.

The recorded data can be viewed on machines connected to an internal network with a server.

Your data will only be transferred in cases specified by law.

If an animal is sent for a specialised examination and the owner requests the report to be sent personally, we will also send the report to the owner or the sending veterinarian by e-mail.

In accordance with state regulations, data on completed rabies vaccinations, mycochip implantations, international pet passport issues are uploaded to the state's PetVetData online system.

Once a year we also report data on rabies vaccinations to the NÉBIH.

In the case of a microchipped dog/cat found and brought in personally, the owner's phone number, which can be found in the online public PetVetData system, will be given to the finder. Occasionally, we will inform you of the date of the found dog/cat's most recent rabies vaccination, but NO other information will be provided in this case.

The data are processed by processors on behalf of the controller.

Legal basis for processing: the User's consent, Article 6 (1) (a), the Infotv. Article 6(6)(a), Paragraph 5(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act.

The Data Controller reserves the right to involve additional data processors in the future, which will be notified to the Registrants by amending the Notice.
In the absence of an express legal provision, the Data Controller shall only disclose to third parties personally identifiable information with the express consent of the Registrant concerned.
We have a camera system in our clinic for asset protection purposes only.
Cameras are installed in rooms or areas where high-value equipment, medicines, property are kept, or through which vaults used for temporary cash storage or drug storage can be accessed.

The camera system is equipped with a recording unit that keeps the recordings for 1 month. The way of deleting the recorded camera images: after one month, the previous videos are overwritten and deleted, so there is no need for the recorder to do anything with them.

Storage location of the recorded camera images: on the Company's premises, in a separate, locked room, in a protected, independent storage device.

The recorded material will be recorded for the exclusive use of the Authority (police), in case an unauthorised person has stolen valuables, tools, medicines, etc., to assist the investigation or to provide clear evidence as to the identity of the perpetrator.

Our company does not carry out surveillance activities in public areas!

A sign at the entrances informs visitors of the existence of the camera system.

COOKIE MANAGEMENT (COOKIES)

The cookies have a limited validity, they do not contain any personal data, so the User cannot be identified by them.

It allows the user to communicate and interact with our website more easily and ensures the maximum browsing experience. It provides information about the user's site usage habits, which contributes to the development, operation and functionality of the website.

By using cookies, no personal data is processed by the data controller.

Data subjects have the possibility to delete cookies in the Tools/Settings menu of their browsers under the Privacy settings.

USE GOOGLEADWORDS CONVERSION TRACKING

The data controller uses the online advertising program "GoogleAdwords" and makes use of Google's conversion tracking service within its framework. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

The information, which is obtained through the use of conversion tracking cookies, is used to generate conversion statistics for GoogleAdwords customers who choose to track conversions. Customers are then informed about the number of users who click on their ad and are referred to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not have access to information that would allow them to identify any user.

USING GOOGLEANALYTICS

GoogleAnalytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer to help the website analyze the use of the website visited by the User.

Google will use this information to evaluate how the User has used the website and to provide the website operator with the

generate reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website and internet usage.

The IP address transmitted by the User's browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
